Adult Clinics – Los Peñasquitos Canyon
More Information
Overview
We’ve learned a lot over the last 27 years of mountain biking. Our collective experience and know how has been resized into an immersive 4-week cycling experience to learn mountain biking skill fundamentals, increase physical activity, and build self-esteem. Small group dynamics allow for freedom to learn in a fun and positive setting, while providing learners with the requisite attention to progress through skills with confidence.
The experience progresses from a static learning environment during weeks 1-3, to a dynamic trail setting for weeks 4-6. Learners are given ample opportunity to apply learned skill on the trail for a new level of confidence and competence on the bike.
